Matt Maloney

As a youth, Matthew served as the State of Maine Representative to the National Catholic Committee on Scouting and is a graduate of Cheverus High School in Portland. He studied Religious Studies at Fairfield University. He serves the church as a Sacristan, Altar Server, & Eucharistic Minister at the Cathedral in Portland.  

Matthew has been active in media for years working as the Programming Coordinator for a Greater Portland television group and on staff at radio stations in Fairfield, CT, Portland ME, and Boston MA. He is also the senior sound engineer at a popular Portland arts venue, has toured the US and Canada extensively as a musician, and produced over a dozen albums. Matthew has served as an on air voice volunteer with The Presence Radio Network since early in 2011 and was blessed to join the Presence full-time in January of 2016.

Matthew lives in Westbrook with his wife and 2 children.
